If you require further assistance, then direct your written enquiry or complaint to our Compliance Officer at our address listed below or you can email us. We will acknowledge your complaint within 4 business days and investigate your complaint promptly and respond to you within 30 days.

If your issue remains unresolved to your satisfaction, you may refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS), which is an independent dispute resolution scheme of which we are a member.
