Compliance Committee
Naos has established a compliance committee which is comprised of a majority of external members. The function of the complliance committee is to monitor the extent to which Naos complies with the Fund's compliance plan and Product Disclosure Statement.
The compliance committee must report breaches of the Corporations Act and certain breaches of the constitution, Compliance Plan and the Product Disclosure Statement to the Naos Board and in some circumstances to ASIC.
